"Since 2011, we have utilised the services of 3D Facilities Support Ltd to carry out building engineering services and
ensure our statutory requirements are continually met throughout the hotels under our management and throughout the

3D Facilities have successfully carried out a range of work for us, consisting of planned preventative maintenance,
service/repair work, installation and project work. This has been on the complete range of plant and equipment including
heating and gas services, refrigeration and air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection and security, BMS controls,
