Managing Director
Having over 42 years of trade experience, Neil’s reputation for engineering excellence was recognised by HVR Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. Starting in business in 1993, Neil is Managing Director of 3D Facilities Support Ltd and Aircon House Ltd. Neil works closely with and supports the management team to ensure 3D upholds it's stratergies, initiatives and business platform to maintain performance, USP's, and is recognised as the market leader for service excellence and client care.
Clint Eastwood
Operations Director
Clint has worked alongside Neil since 1999, beginning as an improver refrigeration apprentice. Becoming a highly skilled engineer, Clint worked his way through the ranks and has been Operations Director since March 2015. Working across all departments, Clint also leads the Building Services and Projects that we undertake.
Sophie Hipkiss, BA Hons
Finance Director
Joining the company in June 2012, following a degree in Business and HR, Sophie has learned the business from the bottom up. Sophie has been a Director since March 2015 and leads the Finance Dept. alongside managing all HR matters. Greatly missed whilst on recent maternity leave we are very glad to have her back!
Dan Bassett
Technical Director
Dan started at 3D 15 years ago, aged just 19 years, as a trainee apprentice. Technical Director since October 2018, he is a highly skilled HVAC Engineer qualified in commercial gas, air conditioning, oil, catering and BMS controls, perfectly placed to share his skillsets with our engineering team on site and in the office.
Phil Davis, BSc Hons
Service Director
Service Director since 2021, Phil joined 3D in 2012 straight from school. Phil continued his education on day release, achieving Level 3, HNC, HND and Degree levels in Building Services Engineering, graduating in 2021. He was awarded RAC Student of the Year 2021 and Birmingham Post Young Business Person of the Year 2021. With a wealth of engineering expertise, Phil currently manages the Service Department in addition to strong customer liaison.
Tom Cartmill, BSc Hons
Key Account Manager and Business Development
Following graduation, Tom joined 3D in January 2017. His sharp focus on customer relationships and customer retention, alongside company expansion in the education sector, made him the perfect candidate for the role of Key Account Manager alongside Business Development. Toms additional role as Office Supervisor and his oversight of the 3D Client Portal further enhances his ability to secure customer satisfaction.
Jeanette Stewart, BA Hons + AAT lv 2,3 & 4
Accounts Manager
Jeanette joined 3D in September 2023 in the role of Accounts Assistant. A huge asset to the Accounts Department, she brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience. Recognising her skillsets Jeanette was promoted to Accounts Manager in May 2024.
Leah Malkin
Lead Service Coordinator
Leah joined in June 2020, chosen from a pool of over 700 applicants. Only after her appointment did we discover she had previously been ‘Receptionist of the Year’, Sutton Coldfield. Leah is passionate about her role in coordinating our engineers and maintaining their work schedules, is very client focused and a valued team member. Leah became Lead Service Coordinator in May 2023 and continues to excel.

Libby joined our Service Department in August 2023, complimenting and strengthening our Service Team to ensure high quality customer service remains at the forefront of our customer experience.
Lauryn Pye
Accounts Assistant
Our newest addition to the Accounts Team, Lauryn has been with 3D since May 2024 and is already a valuable team member. Her enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills has been impressive. An excellent Accounts Assistant.
Joe Scofield
Service Supervisor
Joining the company as a fully qualified plumber, Joe has been with the company since 2016 and become a long-standing member of our team. As part of our continual improvement plan, Joe was appointed Service Supervisor at the beginning of 2024 lending his wealth of experience to our field engineers on site, whilst supporting our office staff quoting works, and offering technical support.
Jo Davis, BSocSci Hons
Office Manager
Joining in May 2019, in readiness for our relocation and expansion planning, Jo has enjoyed the new challenges and major career change that working for 3D has brought. Jo’s role is multi-faceted, including engagement with customers, with staff and indeed all office processes and throughput.
David Wilder
Head of IT
Dave brings over 23 years of experience within the IT sector. He installed 2.4 kms of CAT6 cable during the refurbishment of our new building in 2019, and continues supporting our IT infrastructure. He has also designed and created our bespoke 3D Cloud Portal and maintains it to the benefit of ourselves and our customers at all times. We are proud of our IT systems and Dave is a key team member to us all.
