3D Facilities have a wealth of engineering expertise, with a growing number of highly skilled in-house engineers that include HVAC, M&E engineering, electrical, plumbing and carpentry services, all holding enhanced DBS certification. Continuous investment in staff mean high levels of retention, allowing 80-85% of works to be completed in-house.

Offering emergency cover 24/7, 365 days a year, 3D Facilities are always on hand to assist our clients. Long-standing, trusted partnerships with specialist providers further allow us to expand our services, encompassing our efforts toward continual improvement.

On Site Logbooks, Records and 3D Cloud Portal

As part of our contractual agreements, 3D Facilities offer comprehensive, clear evidence of records in numerous formats. Site log books containing contact details, site attendance registers, maintenance schedules, inspection reports, outstanding quotations, invoices, health and safety documentation and contemporaneous DBS information, maintained by our staff, sit alongside our 3D Cloud Portal, providing digital supplementation to the above, available to all clients free at the point of use, that can be accessed via our company website.

Continual understanding of interchangeable legislation, and maintaining constant dialogue with specialist sub-contractors to have a control on frequencies, and understand ongoing changes and adaptations within their field eg: closely monitoring health and safety guidelines and trade legislations such as:
